The Jazz Festival

The Night of Museums

18th May 2024

Various, including, but not limited to, the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Petit Palais

For one night, and one night only, wonder around the grandest and most famous of museums, and enjoy their exhibitions, for free !

Joseph Haydn / Les Saisons

A concert with the legendary Jordi Savall. Also, at 6.45pm, in the same place, you can attend a free talk by the incomparable musician.

A gardening and garden festival, in the park of the residence of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, in the gorgeous Bois de Boulogne. There are many seminars, workshops, and activities organised – something for every set of green fingers !

Pauvre Bitos – le dîner des têtes

In a small country town, several notables organise a fancy-dress dinner, in which all must dress as famous faces of the the Revolution of 1789. The guest of honour is the self-made magistrate André Bitos, who has been invited to dress as the Incorruptible, the instigator of the Reign of Terror, Maximilien Robespierre.
