Stripped back and secluded without being isolated, this villa is only a few minutes on foot from the little picturesque village Cesseras with its shop ‘Chez Valérie’ and its wine bar ‘La Cour’. The grounds contain a warmed infinity pool, a tennis court and a pétanque area. There are three international airports and a TGV train station all within an hour away.

The house is laid out as follows: Ground floor : entrance foyer, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a games room, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. First floor: two double bedrooms; one with a balcony and the other looking over the magnificent terrace with an unmatched view of the rolling hills. There is also an additional bathroom and a shower room on this level.

The infinity pool is surrounded by a beautiful wooden terrace furnished with tables, chairs, sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. You’ll also have access to a gas BBQ, a private tennis court, a pétanque (bacchi) area, multiple lounging areas under the shade of the olive trees, oak trees and pine trees. A little pond overflows with delicate waterlilies. (Watch out for small children).

On-site parking is available for several vehicules. Easily discover the surrounding region on foot or by bike. Calm, comfort, swimming .. prioritise relaxation.

Ideal for 8 people. Spread across two floors, the surface area is 200m2 with a small exterior utility room with laundry services.

The village of Minerve, 7km from “Les Oliviers”, is part of the Cathar region and was an important stopover for the pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostella in Spain during the Medieval times. Fontfroide’s Abbey, one of France’s most visited Abbeys is located at just 25km away. Chateau Comtal, the largest and best-kept Medieval Castle in the world which has been used as a set in a number of International films, is a definite must for anyone staying in our area – of course the town of Carcassonne itself also deserves a visit!
