The living-and-dining room is tastefully decorated, and well-lit. Paintings, artifacts, and books are carefully scattered about. A vast sofa faces the TV. On the other side of the living room, the dining table can easily welcome 4 guests.

Take advantage of the produce you have bought on the Rue de Bretagne and create masterpieces within the kitchen. You can easily cook as you would at home, as it is equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and overlooks a private courtyard, rendering it an oasis of calm. You shall sleep most soundly here.

The immaculate bathroom is finished with large Italian tiles. It offers a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, towels, and a hair dryer.
